This 12-week flexible system focuses on quick, high-efficiency workouts (20–30 minutes) that burn fat and tone muscles without the need for a gym membership. Whether you have 20 minutes in the morning or during nap time, this program fits your life, using body weight and light dumbbells to help you feel strong, energetic, and confident again.
